At DJ’s Custom Detailing, we take pride in the quality of our work and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, we do not issue refunds once a service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly inspect the vehicle and correct any reasonable issues at no additional charge.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Services that have been completed as described.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations.
Dissatisfaction resulting from issues not related to our service (such as pre-existing damage or wear).
Gift certificates, discounts, or promotional offers.
All appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (if applicable).
We value your business and will always do our best to make things right through service — not refunds.
